Miley Cyrus, Hurts, Natalie Imbruglia, Nothing But Thives, FOALS, Damso and many other pop icons chose Kyiv as their location for shooting music videos. Apple and many world-known companies chose Ukraine to shoot their ads here.

A spectacular police pursuit for ‘Nothing Breaks Like a Heart’ video was filmed on the Darnytsky Bridge in Kyiv (the capital of Ukraine) in October. The traffic on the bridge was temporarily blocked for this purpose.

Another British band Nothing But Thieves chose Troieshchyna in Kyiv as the location to shoot their video for 'Amsterdam'. And then made a trip on tram N8 in video for ‘Sorry’ song.

American rock band released three videos Jumpsuit, Nico and the Niners і Levitate. The second one was partially filmed in Kyiv. You can see a campus building of cybernetics faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University

One of the first foreign singers who filmed a music video in Kyiv was the Australian star Natalie Imbruglia. Back in 2005, she visited Pyrohiv museum, Dniper River bank, came to Central Railway Station and even made a trip in a train wagon. Video thriller ‘Shiver’ was a result of this.

Apple’s advertising video demonstrated during the presentation of new products. In the video, the famous Spanish skateboarder Kilian Martin spins through the building of Kiev railway station and Zoloti Vorota metro station. Skateboarder advertised new model of Apple Watch against the background of metropolitan views.

Recently, ukrainian Studio shot ad for Italian clothing brand Diesel in Kiev. For the first two weeks, it had over 200,000 views on YouTube. The video was directed by French film specialist Francois Roussel, who shot clips for Rolling Stones, Snoop Dogg and Madonna. The song “Non, je ne regrette rien” by Edith Piaf sounds in the video.

Mazda ad shot on unfinished Podilsko-Voskresenski Bridge in Kiev. British racing driver Ben Collins participated in the shooting. The commercial features how he is driving a blinded car on bridge, relying solely on the dashboard indicators and sensors, which prevent the car from falling into the water.
